I AM THE BRAIDER EXTRAORDINAIRE.
I'm on a mission to get your hair looking and feeling amazing! With a fiery passion and lots of self-motivation, my goal is to give you a high-end, professional experience that you'll never forget. I'm always on the lookout for the latest and greatest techniques to give you the flawless look you crave, and nothing makes me happier than sending you off with a strut in your step and a smile on your face! For over a decade, I've been braiding hair like a boss.
Ten years ago, I decided to go all in and give it my absolute best shot. In 2016 I relocated from Wisconsin to Arizona in hopes of eventually being my own boss, and guess what? It paid off BIG TIME! As of May 2020, I've been a full-time Braiding Master! Yes! I took a mighty leap of faith and waved goodbye to my "9-5", right in the middle of a pandemic. I've been a full-time boss ever since! From owning my own salon and managing others, I've learned so much about giving my client a memorable experience. Starting with excellent customer service and true professionalism.
I specialize in stitch braids, knotless braids, boho knotless and other protective styles that won't wreck your hair or torture you in pain. My styles are clean, long-lasting, and I care about the integrity your natural hair from the roots to the tips. No edges left behind! I promise that once you sit in my chair, you will want to return because everyone deserves a reliable stylist that delivers, EVERYTIME and everyone deserves to feel beautiful!

Policies
The policies outlined below are set in place to keep a clear line of communication and understanding between my clients and I, please review them.

What IS INCLUDED with all services???
*Shampoo and conditioning
*Braiding hair for all braid services
*High quality-natural brown/black-human braiding hair for all boho braid styles
In select cases, quality colored human braiding hair (including blonde, burgundy, grey, orange, blue) may be available for an additional upfront cost. Please note that availibility varies, and not all colors can be guaranteed, as only premium-quality bundles are used.

*Human hair is available for purchase & must be purchased at least 15 days before booked appointment.*
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
To secure your appointment, A non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking via credit/debit card. A deposit is required for every appointment and will be deducted from the card on file once I accept the appointment. Appointments are not confirmed and deposits are not deducted until I have approved the appointment request. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment once I approve it.
The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the service booked. Deposits and appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cancel your appointment, no refund will be given.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES
Please give more than a 24-hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling.
If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment, you will be charged full price (minus the deposit) for the service you booked. Deposits are not refunded for canceled appointments. You are allowed 1 reschedule for your appointment as long as you give notice greater than 24 hours.
Reschedules are not allowed to be moved out more than 60 days from the original date of service booked. If the rescheduling timeframe doesn't work for any reason, it is solely up to my discretion if a paid deposit will be refunded.
GRACE PERIOD
In order to respect my time and that of other clients, I give a 15-minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes late: A late fee in the amount of $20 will be due upon arrival.
If you are more than 20 minutes late: Your appointment will be canceled and the balance will be charged. A new appointment and deposit will need to be made and paid. It is solely up to my discretion to provide service once the grace period has passed.
SPECIFY BRAIDING HAIR
COLOR AT TIME OF
BOOKING
When booking your appointment, please specify what color of braiding hair you’d like by selecting an option under the "BRAIDING HAIR COLOR" section. If you don't see the color you desire, feel free to specify in the “APPOINTMENT NOTES” section to ensure that I have the color you want for your appointment date/time. If no color is selected, you will be given a natural hair color or what is available at the time of service. If you have questions about human braiding hair color, please reach out prior to booking. Natural brown human braiding hair is included with all boho braiding services. Any color other than natural brown can be purchased for an additional cost and needs to be paid for at least 14 days prior to appointment date to ensure it's received in time for your appointment.
NO EXTRA GUEST
Due to limited space, please refrain from bringing extra guests unless they are being serviced, this includes children. If you absolutely must bring extra guests please converse with me before your arrival. I may or may not be able to accommodate you.
AGE LIMIT
I do not service children under the age of 10.
