The policies outlined below are set in place to keep a clear line of communication and understanding between my clients and ​I, please review them.

*by booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the policies outlined below.*

What IS INCLUDED with all services???

  • Braiding Hair for all braid services

  • Human braiding hair for all boho braid styles

  • Shampoo and conditioning 

What IS NOT INCLUDED with all services???

  • Hair for crochet braid styles

  • Hair for weaves (Sew-Ins, Itips & Tape-Ins)

*Hair can be purchased for weaves at least 2 weeks before the appointment.*



To secure your appointment, A non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking via credit/debit card. A deposit is required for every appointment and will be deducted from the card on file once I accept the appointment. Appointments are not confirmed and deposits are not deducted until I have approved the appointment request. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment once I approve it.

The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the service booked. Deposits and appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If, for any reason, your appointment is canceled, It is solely up to my discretion if a paid deposit will be refunded.


Please give more than a 24-hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling.

If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment, you will be charged full price (minus the deposit) for the service you booked. Deposits are not refunded for canceled appointments. You are allowed 1 reschedule for your appointment as long as you give notice greater than 24 hours.

Reschedules are not allowed to be moved out more than 60 days from the original date of service booked. If the rescheduling timeframe doesn't work for any reason, it is solely up to my discretion if a paid deposit will be refunded.


In order to respect my time and that of other clients, I give a 15-minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes late: A late fee in the amount of $20 will be due upon arrival.

If you are more than 20 minutes late: Your appointment will be canceled and the balance will be charged. A new appointment and deposit will need to be made and paid. It is solely up to my discretion to provide service once the grace period has passed.


When booking your appointment, please specify what color of braiding hair you’d like in the “appointment notes” section to ensure that I have the color you want for your appointment date/time. If no color is selected, you will be given a natural hair color or what is available at the time of service.


So that I can give my clients a relaxing and private experience when being serviced in the salon, Please refrain from bringing extra guests unless they are being serviced, this includes children. If you absolutely must bring extra guests please converse with me before your arrival. I may or may not be able to accommodate you.


I do not service children under the age of 10.
